White Light delivers full event production solution for leadership conference at Kew Gardens

White Light (WL) was engaged by specialist event management agency Purple Patch to provide the 360° event production services for a leadership conference at Kew Gardens.

Attended by 120 guests, the event was for a leading retail client and comprised of a daytime conference, followed by a gala dinner. Prior to the main event, WL provided technical support for the presentation training and rehearsal days in Cambridge Cottage.

For the main conference in the Nash Conservatory, WL delivered a stage set and PA system for panel discussions and presentations, with branded lecterns and scenic backdrop flanking a central screen for video content. The conference was recorded to enable on demand viewing of all content, post event.

The gala dinner took place in The Orangery and the building exterior was uplit to create a grand entrance for guest arrival. Uplighting the columns and sculptures, pin spotting the table floral displays and a colour wash on the high ceiling enhanced the venue’s elegant interior, creating an intimate environment. A PA system was provided for background music to accompany the dinner.
